Diversity Action Team of Rock County, AAUW, Women’s Fund, and ZONTA Present:

A FORCE MORE POWERFUL

UPDATE:

Thank you to those who attended the first part of this series.  The discussion was so good that the decision was made to watch the second part of this documentary on another evening.  As soon as arrangements have been made for the date and time we will post here!

Join us to view a profile of how nonviolent power overcame oppression and authoritarian rule at various times in the past 100 years. Based on the book A Force More Powerful by Peter Ackerman. It delves into the strategies and tactics used by ordinary people to bring about extraordinary social and political change.

Learn, discuss, eat, incorporate and use ideas for personal growth, and get to know other community members in this Film Series. Anyone interested in film, diversity, human relations, good company and food is welcome. Bring any food to pass, a spoon to serve, and your own drinks. We’ll provide plates, silverware and napkins.
