This month’s Courageous Conversation will be: AAPI: Targets of fear and blame
Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders are facing increased verbal and physical threats. Stereotypes such as “the myth of the model minority” also lead to their depersonalization. We will explore the impact of the rise in overt discrimination against members of the AAPI community.
An unmoderated 30 minutes will begin at 7 pm. ( We’re calling it The Parking Lot).
