2025 DAT ANNUAL MEETING AND DINNER

We are pleased to provide you with the details of our upcoming Annual Meeting, which will be held on May 12, 2025 at the Beloit Public Library, Community Room, 605 Eclipse Blvd. Beloit, WI 53511.

The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with a dinner catered by Backyard Barbeque followed by the Annual Meeting at 7:00 pm. If you choose to have dinner prior to the meeting, the cost is $25.00 per person. To register and receive payment information, please email [email protected].

The menu for dinner will include Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Heavenly Beans, Cole Slaw, Salad, Buns and Sauce. Water and Lemonade will also be provided.

If your schedule does not permit you to attend the dinner portion of the evening, please join us for the meeting at 7:00 pm. As a reminder, for you to be able to vote at the meeting, it is required that your membership is current. Dress is casual. We anticipate that the event will conclude by 8:30 pm.
