OCT 17 Free – SWEAT, A Play About the Reality of the American Dream

I am writing to invite you to attend the Janesville production of the play, Sweat (2017 Pulitzer Prize winner), that will be brought to our community on October 17 by the Mobile Unit of The Public Theater (NYC).  Hedberg Public Library and the UAW Local 95 have been fortunate to be a part of bringing this free theater to Janesville.  This link will take you to The Public Theater’s website to learn more about the play ( https://www.publictheater.org/Programs–Events/Mobile-National/ ).  As you will see, there are many similarities between the story in Sweat and the story of Janesville.  Janesville’s story is a success story, and I am proud to live here while all of this exciting work is being done.

Please be sure to share the information about this free event and to register for your tickets by following this link…  thepublic.nyc/sweatjanesville.  Please also let me know if you have any questions.

Have a wonderful afternoon!
