Privilege, Power, Oppression and Hope

ppohThis workshop is designed to discuss white privilege. It will go beyond awareness, sensitivity, and understanding and focus on how we can take action to build bridges and share privileges. Through the use of video, discussion, large and small group activities, history, present realities, and personal stories will be shared. Participants will have the opportunity to explore privilege, power, and oppression in our society and discuss what we can do about it.
